RESEARCH
Research in the Nazarian Group transcends traditional boundaries and intersects numerous topics in the geosciences. Past and current projects include analyses of internal-wave driven mixing, modeling and implications of sea level rise, future trends in extreme precipitation, and constraints on cloud feedbacks, to name a few. OUR GROUP
Our team is led by Prof. Rob Nazarian, Associate Professor of Physics, and composed of both engaged Fairfield University undergraduates as well as a number of external collaborators. We bring together the unique experiences and skill sets of each of our team members to solve exciting problems in ocean, atmosphere, and climate sciences.
